Currently, we ship within the United States, Canada and Australia

How much will it cost to ship my order?
Free basic shipping to domestic U.S. locations. Otherwise, shipping price varies depending on the address location. Please take note of the applicable shipping fee when you place your order.
When do I receive my order confirmation?
After you have successfully placed your order with selfkaire.com, you will immediately receive an email with your order confirmation and receipt.  This will include information regarding your order, including your order number, your shipping and billing information, shipping method, product details, and taxes.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. All orders are shipped from California and delivery will generally take 3-7 business days, depending on location. You can check on the status of your order by logging into your account.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will be emailed a tracking number that you can use to track your package through the shipping company's website.
Can I change the shipping address after I've placed my order?
You are able to change the shipping address at anytime before your order is shipped.

As soon as your purchase has been verified, an order confirmation will be emailed to you.
What is Installments by Afterpay?
Installments by Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in 4 equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
How do I use Installments by Afterpay?
Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At checkout choose Installments by Afterpay as your payment method. First time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

Will my credit card information be stored?
Selfkaire.com does not store any credit cards details in order to safeguard your security. Purchases made online at selfkaire.com will not be processed until we have verified your credit card information.  We will notify you by email if we are unable to process or complete your order for any reason.

selfkaire warranty

Your Selfkaire products (“Product”)  are covered by a lifetime limited warranty.

Selfkaire warrants the Product sold to you against the defects in material and faulty workmanship set forth below (“Defects”), when the Product is used for its intended purposes in its intended manner.

All warranties, both explicit and implied, are valid only for the period of time the Product is owned by the original purchaser or recipient of the Product. The “original purchaser,” for the purpose of this warranty, is the first purchaser from Selfkaire or a Selfkaire authorized retailer. The “original recipient” for the purpose of this warranty, is the first receiver of the purchased gift from Selfkaire or a Selfkaire authorized retailer. A copy of the purchase receipt is required for warranty applicability.

This limited warranty applies to the following defects:

a. Cracks in the surgical steel
b. Pins that break off and are no longer usable for its intended purpose

This limited warranty does not apply to the following:

a. All cosmetic damage or deterioration, herein defined as any scratches, scuff marks, stains, dents, normal wear and tear, damage caused by accident or misuse, or any non-functional changes in the appearance of the product that occur in the normal use and handling by any party in any manner and which do not impair the functionality of the product.  

b. Any Product sold by unauthorized retailers (regardless if manufactured by Selfkaire or not).

c. Any Product that is not sold in “new” condition; sold “used,” “previously owned,” or any phrase suggesting or indicating the Product has been previously used or owned.

In the event of a Defect, Selfkaire at Selfkaire’s option and your sole remedy under this lifetime limited warranty, replace or repair the Product. To claim your warranty, you must email us at support@selfkaire.com with a copy of the purchase receipt. You will be sent a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which should be returned with the Product.

We provide a 90-day return window from the date of delivery.

If you're unhappy with our tools in any way, please contact us and we'll provide you with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a shipping and return label.

You can try us out for 90-days and we pay for shipping for both ways. You're free to return it for any reason, no questions asked.
